Self-Injury and Depression: My honest exploration of difficult and triggering topics incorporated self-harm, manic episodes, unwanted thoughts, and depressive states.
Identity and Self-Discovery: How my mental health experiences shaped me into the writer I am today.
Breaking Silence: The entire intention with my memoir/journal is to raise awareness for others suffering from similar mental health challenges and reducing stigma through the storytelling of integrity.
